FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can you review another integrator’s quote?
Yes. We review scope, technology, timeline and weak points so you can compare quotes on equal terms and negotiate with solid arguments.
What are FAT and SAT tests?
They are a machine’s acceptance tests: the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) takes place at the manufacturer’s premises before shipping, and the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) at your plant after installation. We accompany you so nothing is accepted without being checked.
How do we get started?
With a no-obligation conversation: you tell us about your situation and we tell you whether and how we can help.
