Industrial maintenance in Zaragoza
Every hour a machine stands still costs money. Our industrial maintenance focuses on the part that causes the most headaches: automation. PLCs, screens, drives, sensors and communications, checked by people who know how to program them.
We combine scheduled preventive visits with corrective support when a fault occurs, and we use your machines’ data to get ahead of failures.
OUR MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Preventive maintenance
Regular checks of automation systems, program backups, and inspection of communications, batteries, ventilation and control cabinets.
Corrective maintenance
Diagnosis and repair of faults in the machine’s control system: PLC, communications, sensor, drive or HMI failures.
Predictive maintenance
Analysis of alarms, cycle times and process signals to detect wear and faults before they stop production.
Program backups
We store and organise the program versions of your machines so that a breakdown is never also a loss of software.
Small improvements
If we spot a simple improvement during maintenance — a clearer alarm, a more robust sequence — we suggest it.
Remote support
Where the installation allows it and you authorise it, we diagnose remotely to shorten response times.
DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
- Faults keep recurring and nobody finds the root cause.
- You do not have up-to-date backups of your machines’ programs.
- Your maintenance team masters the mechanics, but not the automation.
- You want to stop firefighting and start planning.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How quickly do you respond to a breakdown?
Our response commitment is 24 to 48 hours. If the fault has production stopped, tell us and we will prioritise it as far as possible.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. We can agree a plan with regular visits and response terms tailored to your plant, or help you on a one-off basis whenever you need it.
Do you replace our maintenance team?
No, we complement it. We focus on automation and control, and work alongside your staff, who know the machine better than anyone.
What is predictive maintenance?
It means monitoring machine signals — alarms, consumption, cycle times — to detect that something is degrading before it fails. That way the repair is planned instead of suffered.
